Grass-fed Lamb

Market lambs are not baby sheep, they are around 8 months old at the time of butchering and are full grown. Our sheep rotationally graze our pastures. They are moved every few days to a new paddock, turning grass and all sorts of other plants into delicious and nutritious meat.

We have a small herd of Dorper and Dorper cross ewes as well as purebred Dorper rams. All of the lambs we sell each year were born right here on Hallow Acres. 

​

We sell our sheep as half and whole animals.
